Introduction.

Hi everyone I'm Autumn.
I am currently taking a class called Fundamentals of Nursing.
In the class we are understanding the concept of death and dying.

Our Instructor assigned us a project called Death and Dying.
We were all assigned different diseases and we had to research the treatment, side effects, medications and how you get this disease.

To understand what death really means, we had to plan our funeral. (we pretended to die.)

We are our current age with current finances, meaning our bucket list has to be accurate. can we afford what we want to do, and can we afford our treatment?

I was assigned Buerger's Disease.

Here you will understand what Buerger's disease is and my funeral planning.

What is Buerger's Disease?

Also known as Thromboangitis Obliterans.
A rare disease of the arteries and veins in the arms and legs. Your Blood vessels become inflamed, swell and can become blocked with blood clots.
Eventually, Buerger’s Disease damages or destroys skin tissue and may lead to infection and gangrene.
Buerger’s Disease Usually first shows up in the hands and feet and can eventually affect arms and legs.

Who Discovered Buerger's Disease?

First reported by Buerger in 1908.
He called it “inflammation and clotting of the arteries and veins affecting the hands and feet” and Named the Disease after him.

My Living Will

I do want to prolong life. So If I ever have a heart attack, I want CPR/ to be saved and brought back to life.
If I do die, I will donate any needed organs.
I encourage you guys to try this out.

Think about your bucket list. Is there anything in life you want to accomplish?

You may never get the chance. So go ahead and start living and stop planning how you want to live.
