I am not sure how accurate this is but I found it on a website.
It is called the Buerger's Disease Diet.
It helps you live healthier and maybe reduce some symptoms.
- quit smoking ... if you smoke quit now!!
- Drink 6-8 glasses of steam distilled water a day .
- Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
- Juice is good (make your own fresh with a juice machine) do not drink coffee, soda pop, other junk food drinks .
- Do not eat processed foods white sugar, salt, preservatives, white flour, etc...
- Do not eat fast food and/or fatty fried foods .
- Use stress relief like going for walks -or- listen to calming music .
- Brown rice is good to eat .
- Avoid red meat and animal fats .
- Reduce dairy products cheese, milk, and others .
- Fast a few days a month .
- Get sleep.
- Exercise light to moderate amounts
